About Holly
Holly is a senior yoga teacher, mentor, and spiritual educator devoted to sharing the traditional teachings of Yoga in a way that is grounded, embodied, and deeply real. Through classes, mentorship, and immersive study, she guides students into a lived experience of Vedic wisdom—beyond the mat, into life. She honours these timeless traditions as a framework for inner and outer alignment; a path toward living in harmony with your truth and dharma. Holly’s work is not about performing Yoga, but living it—sincerely, respectfully, and from the inside out.

ANCIENT WISDOM IN A MODERN WORLD
योग
yoga
For 15 years I have walked this path with curiosity, devotion, and a deep desire to live with clarity and heart. Yoga for me has always been a path of accessing deeper truth, inherent wisdom and dharmic intelligence. I have a deep love for the texts that support these teachings such as the Bhagavad Gita, The Devi Mahatmya and the Mahabarata. While I’m no scholar, these texts and their teachings have inspired my personal life and career and shape my offerings to the yoga community.
I am deeply dedicated to the traditional teachings of Yoga. For over a decade, I have taught from this foundation, honouring the depth and integrity of classical Yoga and Vedic wisdom. My teaching is not about performance or perfection, but about presence, embodied, accessible, and real.
In my classes and mentorships, I offer a space to return to your centre and live in alignment with your deepest truth. My teachings are designed to meet you where you are, gently guiding you toward where you are meant to be. Rooted in tradition yet shaped by lived experience, they are for those who feel the quiet call to live with dharmic alignment, inner clarity, and reverence for the sacred.
I hold space for students and teachers alike; whether you are emerging or experienced; to slow down, study deeply, and move beyond surface-level practice. My work is woven from the rhythms of real life—the joys, the challenges, the stillness, and the storms. True integration, I believe, comes not from escape but from meeting ourselves fully.
This is the path I walk and the path I offer to others; a journey back to the heart, to clarity, and to a life lived from the inside out.
Whether you're an emerging teacher or a long-time practitioner, my hope for you is that you remember your to truly live your practice — not only on the mat, but in the quiet, unseen spaces of your life where Yoga is most needed.
“Om asato mā sadgamaya
Tamaso mā jyotir gamaya
Mṛtyormā’mṛtam gamaya
Oṃ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ”
Om, lead me from ignorance (asat) to truth (sat); from darkness (tamas) to light (jyotir); from death (mrityor) to immortality (amritam). This does not mean that we want to live forever; rather we seek to establish identity with the Eternal within us, with the Spirit rather than the body that is impermanent.

Deep gratitude to my teachers, without them I wouldn’t be walking this path.
